SR Home Solutions is fully insured for work projects agreed upon by both the client and SR Home Solutions. Estimates for works to be completed will be valid for one month from the date presented to the client. Any electrical, plumbing and structural work will not be undertaken that requires licensed tradespeople by law. In the case whereby a client contracts SR Home Solutions to design, provide drawings or plans for any project, these plus any information pertaining to the above are confidential and the intellectual property of SR Home Solutions  until payment in full is received.  It is disclosed on confidence on terms that all plans will not be disclosed to any third party, used, sold, loaned, licensed, or reproduced in whole or in any part in any manner or form for manufacturing, tendering or for any other purpose without the written permission from SR Home Solutions.
