Preparing your home for sale or rent, presenting your home at its’ best has one sole purpose. That is to showcase your beautiful homes’ features & remove any buyer concerns so it maximises your sale price or rental fee. With over 10 years experience in the Real Estate industry, I know what sells homes and minimises negotiations.
There are three main areas to that are a must when selling or renting.

(1). The entrance and/or approach to a property.
Remember this is the fist time, many buyers will physically see your home.
Cleaning and removing mould, pressure cleaning the walls & windows, driveway and pathways, even a coat of paint, some landscaping, will highlight the beauty of your home.
(2) The Kitchen.
Being one of the most expensive rooms to renovate, showcasing your kitchen at its’ best is crucial. Definitely remove any clutter and clean all surfaces, remove old, mouldy grout and replace it. Older kitchens, can be modernised with new cabinetry paint, replacing old door handles, new tile grout or even a new backsplash will change the look and feel of your kitchen.
(3) Bathrooms and toilets.
Clean them for obvious reasons. Once again, a coat of fresh paint, even new vanities and fittings, replacing old grout and mouldy silicon can transform any bathroom.
NOTE: Do NOT ever try and hide necessary repairs in the home. It’s unethical & dishonest. Most buyers will have a ‘Pest & Building Report done by an expert who will find any issues.
